Returns & Store Credit
At Max&Chlo, every piece is thoughtfully curated for little ones. If something isn’t quite
right, we’re happy to offer store credit so you can find the perfect fit.


Store Credit Only
• All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
• Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Return Window
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery (choose one).
• Requests made outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.


Item Condition

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage


Items that do not meet these standards may be declined.


Final Sale Items


The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale or clearance items marked Final Sale
• Underwear, swimwear, or accessories
• Personalized or custom items


How to Request a Return


1. Email us at info@maxandchlo.com with your order number.
2. Our team will reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or
incorrect.


Receiving Your Store Credit
• Store credit will be emailed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
• Credit equals the item price (excluding shipping).


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery so we can make it right.
